Longopac® Drop-down dustless disposal.

Direct disposal into a single 3.5 gallon plastic recovery/disposal bag, or 70-foot Longopac®. Our unique Longopac® allows displosal into approximatlye 25 individually sealed bags, depnding on a comfortable weight for transfer and handling.

	Tested & Certified HEPA. Each HEPA filter is individually tested and certified to have a minimum efficiency of 99.97% at .3 microns.   JetPulse Unique filter cleaning system efficiently purges the pre-filter without opening the vacuum to maintaine airflow, and to avoid creating a dust hazard.
S-Line Single Phase Extractors  Pullman Ermator's single phase HEPA dust collectors are powerful, portable vac/separators that can be used alone for wide variety of pick-up applications, and to supplement hand/floor power tools for dustless grinding, sanding and drilling. Excellent for both wood and concrete dust and other construction, restoration materials where fast, dustless recovery is required to maintain productivity and clean-air working environment. All units include individually tested and certified HEPA filters and Pullman Ermator's unique direct "dustless" deposit into poly bags for safe, easy handling and disposal. 	Three Phase HEPA Dust Extractors  For the largest grinding operations and major construction/restoration jobsites, you need the rugged power, capacity and performance of Pullman Ermator's T-Line Dust Extractors. These three-phase HEPA dust collectors are well known for their ability to pick-up vast amounts of dust and debris without interruption. Wet Vacuums  A 15 gallon wet vac, equipped with a pump for continuous drainage as you vacuum. The pump is cooled so it can handle the most difficult slurries and other heavy liquids.
	PRE-SEPARATORS  In grinding operations producing large amounts of dust, your dust extractor may need to be supplemented with a pre-separator. Pre-separators introduce an additional separation stage to capture as much dust as possible before it can reach the dust extractor. The benefit is increased efficiency in the separation of dust a from the air stream, improved filter performance and significant reduction in the frequency of filter maintenance. A Pre-separator also contributes to higher airflow, faster pick-up and extended motor life. You can have confidence in the level of filtration since our pre-separators are equipped with some of the same primary filters used in our dust extractors. Both models include our popular Longopac for safe containment and disposal of concrete dust and other harmful building materials such as asbestos and lead.
